I am interested in configuring various databases in automated silent mode. I am using setup with response files for the initial database binary load and dbca for the database install but am having difficulty configuring ASM. I was intending to setup ASM using
dbca -silent
-configureASM
-asmSysPassword <password>
-diskString "<Not Sure>"
-diskList "<Not Sure>"
-diskGroupName DATA
-redundancy EXTERNAL
The problem is that I do not know what mapping information I need to use within diskstring and disklist for my FC attached RAW LUN's.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
